Return Policy

What is the COR Return Policy?
We hope you have enjoyed your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items just do not work out and we're here to help! Online purchases are eligible for store/online credit or exchanges only. No refunds.
Online Orders
We accept returns/exchanges within 7 business days from the date you received your items. The customer must contact the exact location the item was purchased from for a Return Authorization number (RA #) before mailing back, unworn/unwashed, all original tags attached, and receipt sent with return or exchange.
FOR RETURNS:   the customer will receive STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds.
FOR EXCHANGES:  If customer is needing to exchange for a different size or item, COR will need to receive the item before shipping out the exchanged item. 
In Store Purchases 
All items purchased in store must be returned or exchanged within 7 business days of your receipt date. All items must be return in original bag with tags and receipt must be presented at the time of the return. 
Jewelry Return Policy
Any jewelry that has been purchased from COR and is in new condition may be returned for store credit or exchange within 7 business days. Any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage can be refused. Any CA JEWEL Jewelry purchased has a warranty from COR. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. 
Gift Items
All gifts purchased must be returned in original packaging for store credit or exchange only. Must be returned within 7 business days. 
How should you return your item?
1. Contact COR for your RA#.
2. Complete the return card sent with your order and enclose along with receipt in your securely return package with items. Please feel free to use the original packaging if in good condition. Please do not use any staples.
3. Ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex. 
All return shipping cost are not reimbursed by any COR Boutique locations.

Refunds & Processing Times
The customer will be notified within 24 hours of receiving your online return. Please note it can take up to two weeks to fully process your return/exchange.
